Please read these terms carefully. By using apekani.diamonds or ordering from it, you agree to be bound by them. These terms govern your use of the website operated by Apekani Enterprises LLP ("Company", "we", "us") and your purchase of our lab-grown diamond jewellery. We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version here; your continued use means you accept the changes.
Your account
Some features require an account. Keep your login confidential, use a strong password, and tell us immediately of any breach. The information you give us must be accurate, current, and complete. We may suspend any account at our discretion for breach of these terms.
Product information
We take great care with our product descriptions, specifications, and images, but cannot guarantee they are free of every error or omission. Images are indicative; pieces may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to photography and screen settings. All our jewellery is set with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds — see Diamond Certification.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in INR; taxes and any duties are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We do not store full card details; payment is processed by our secure third-party gateway(s), and by paying you accept their terms. EMI options, where shown at checkout, are offered and operated by our payment partner, not by Apekani. You are responsible for the accuracy of payment details and for using only a card lawfully yours; we are not liable for card fraud you do not prove.
Orders
You may need to register and to provide PAN and/or GST details where legally required. An order is confirmed only once payment is received and, occasionally, after a verification call. We may pursue recovery and legal action for fraudulent use of the website.
Availability
We aim to fulfil every confirmed order. If a piece becomes unavailable after you've paid, we'll offer a comparable alternative or refund that piece in full within 30 days, and refund related shipping.
Delivery
We work hard to meet the delivery windows in our Shipping & Delivery policy but aren't liable for delays caused by carriers, by you, or by events beyond our control. Delivery is made to the named recipient against valid government photo ID. You may change the shipping address only until the order status becomes "Shipped". If a recipient is unavailable, the carrier will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel; re-shipment costs may apply. On signing for delivery, the recipient confirms receipt in good condition.
Returns, exchange, buyback, and warranty

Intellectual property
All content on this website — designs, illustrations, text, names, images, and video — is the property of the Company and protected by law. Our original designs are central to who we are; any reproduction without our express written permission is prohibited and may be pursued under applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose (this does not affect the express Warranty & Aftercare cover we provide). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, less shipping. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company and its officers, employees, and partners against claims arising from your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
