Lifetime Warranty

Every Apekani piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — including stones loosened or lost through faulty setting, clasp or joint failure, and defects in craftsmanship. If a covered defect appears, we repair or restore the piece at no cost, insured shipping included.

Not covered:

• Normal wear (surface scratches, gradual thinning of metal, finish dulling over years of wear).
• Accidental damage, impact, or misuse.
• Loss or theft.
• Damage from repairs, resizing, or alterations done by anyone other than Apekani.
• Chemical, heat, or ultrasonic damage from improper care.

To claim, you'll need your original invoice and warranty card.

Complimentary lifetime aftercare

Bring your piece home to us any time for complimentary cleaning, professional inspection, and prong-tightening. The service is on us; insured two-way logistics is charged at the flat ₹1,500 rate.
