Every Apekani piece is fully insured in transit and hand-delivered to you. Here's exactly how and when your lab-grown diamond jewellery reaches you.

Within India

• Free insured shipping on every order, across India.
• Made-to-order pieces: because most of our designs are crafted to order, please allow up to 21 days from order to delivery. If a design needs longer, we'll tell you in advance.
• Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 24–48 hours, with delivery typically in 2–5 business days depending on your city.
• All orders ship only after full payment is received and verified.
• We notify you the moment your order ships, and flag any change to the delivery window.
• Gifting or planning a surprise? Tell us in advance and we'll handle the packaging and timing.

Secure, hand-to-recipient delivery

Because of the value of what we send, every shipment is insured in transit and released only to a verified recipient.

• We may request a government photo ID for the named recipient before delivery.
• The parcel is handed over only to that named person.
• Please inspect the packaging on arrival and do not accept a parcel that appears tampered with — contact us immediately if anything looks wrong.
• Once shipped, a parcel cannot be rerouted, so please confirm your address carefully at checkout.

International shipping

We ship worldwide, and deliver regularly to Singapore, the UK, the US, the UAE, and Australia — for other countries, message us at +91 90044 50018.

• Transit time is typically 7–10 business days after dispatch.
• Made-to-order pieces take around 3 weeks to craft before dispatch.
• International orders ship insured via DHL or FedEx.
• Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
• International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable (see Returns, Exchange & Buyback).
