The First Light — Offer Terms

These terms govern the First Light festive offers of Apekani Diamonds (Apekani Enterprises LLP), 24 October to 10 November 2026. Last updated 3 November 2026.

1. First Light Privilege (10%)

1. The First Light Privilege is a 10% reduction on the prevailing list price of any Apekani Diamonds piece except the Atelier collection, applied at checkout with the code shared by Apekani Diamonds, or on the invoice for orders placed with our team.
2. The privilege is live from 24 October 2026, 09:00 IST to 10 November 2026, 23:59 IST.
3. One privilege per order. It cannot be combined with any other offer, credit, voucher or benefit on the same order.
4. List prices are computed daily from prevailing metal rates. The privilege applies to the price prevailing at the time of order; later movements in metal rates do not reopen concluded orders.
5. Atelier collection pieces are excluded from this offer.
6. Pieces are made to order and delivery timelines are quoted per piece. In-stock pieces ordered by 3 November 2026 are targeted for delivery by 6 November 2026 (Dhanteras), courier delays excepted.
7. Our standard return and exchange policy applies, with exchange and resizing for orders placed in this window extended to 31 December 2026.

2. First Light Credit (₹10,000)

1. Orders placed in the First Light window with an invoice value of ₹1,00,000 or more (after the privilege) earn a one-time credit of ₹10,000 toward a future purchase. The credit is confirmed on the invoice and in writing.
2. One credit per customer. The credit is personal, non-transferable and has no cash value.
3. The credit is redeemable once, in full, against a single subsequent purchase of ₹50,000 or more (before the credit is applied), concluded on or before 30 April 2027, using the code shared with the customer or on the invoice for orders placed with our team.
4. The credit cannot be combined with the First Light Privilege or any other offer on the redemption order.
5. Cancellation or refund of the qualifying order voids the credit. GST on the redemption order is charged on the value after the credit, as per law.

3. General

1. Apekani Enterprises LLP may refuse or cancel orders where fraud or abuse is suspected, and may correct clerical errors in these terms.
2. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
